Provides an introduction to the real estate industry incorporating 17 units required for application for a real estate salesperson’s certificate of registration.

Course Duration

A blended learning program that begins online with a number of interactive tasks that you can do from your own computer. This is followed by 8 days in the Academy Training Centre that includes application of knowledge gained and one-on-one guidance to help you achieve success.

Please Note

Real Estate Units from the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate) have been superseded. The units delivered in this course are the current requirement for a South Australia Sales Registration and will still be recognised by Consumer and Business Services.

Students have until the 18 March 2020 to complete their course. After this date all students will be transferred to the new training package course approved by Consumer and Business Services.
